What’s on your workout playlist?

I like to switch up my playlist pretty often because it keeps me motivated.  Right now I’m rocking out to:

Get the Party Started by Pink (great for warming up)

Into the Unknown by Panic! At the Disco (great for warming up)

Till I Collapse by Eminem

Don’t Stop the Music by Rihanna

Mic Drop by BTS

Survivor by Destiny’s Child

Jumpin Jumpin by Destiny’s Child (great for cooling down)

Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) by Offspring (great for cooling down plus it makes me smile)

That’s my list.  Which songs keep you moving?

I’m mostly exercising to the Richard Simmons’ workout tapes that were popular years ago. It’s about all I can handle at my level of obesity. I’m saving your playlist for when I can move on to more strenuous stuff.

Lady Gaga’s music is doing it for me right now. The world seems so depressing, with the coronavirus and racism eating away at the fabric of society. For some reason, Lady Gaga’s music has always cheered me up. I keep her on repeat.

I finished watching The Sopranos recently, and I got a bit inspired by some of the soundtrack’s classic rock, like “Smoke on the Water” by Deep Purple.
