Not a massive hair loss, but there’s quite a lot on the comb after I wash my hair. I don’t wash it too often either, just every other day because my hair is rather oily. Do I need to take supplements to help my hair?
I lost a ton of hair during my last pregnancy. I started taking some supplements for hair, skin, and nails. You should try it. Just about any brand will do. They usually have vitamin A, biotin, and some other stuff in them. It worked wonders for me! My hair is so much thicker now and it’s less prone to breakage.
Prenatal vitamins can work wonders when it comes to preventing hair loss. I’ve heard that hair loss can be a negative side effect of weight-loss surgery due to a nutritional imbalance or something. That’s worrisome for sure. I hope things get better for you, Misty62.
Thanks, everyone! I’m taking prenatal supplements now since I’ve had several recommendations to try them. I also try to eat more carrots since it’s rich in vitamins. I don’t know if it’s just my brain tricking me or what, but I think I don’t see that much hair on the comb these days.
