I know some states in the United States are easing their stay at home rules, but that doesn’t necessarily mean everything is going back to normal.  If you are struggling with bingeing at this time, Overeaters Anonymous offers an online support group in many regions of the United States.  Just go to their website for more information.  Have you found any online support groups?

Thanks for sharing the info. The clinic that scheduled my sleeve surgery began hosting online meetings with the nutritionist and counselor which has been helpful.

I did hear that any “mental health” appointments are not being charged to the individuals. I didn’t know if that was just here in NY or everywhere. I think it’s great, this pandemic is crazy.
