I’ve been feeling very lethargic lately. I’m trying to keep up my nutrition and exercise, but I can’t seem to get motivated half the time. Any tips for increasing energy? I just want to get through a whole day without daydreaming about a nap!
You just spoke my mind; walking allows one to think things out and regain the will to go back to normalcy. As far as exercise and nutrition are concerned, finding and accountability partner(s) can help keep us in check!
When was the last time you had your blood checked? It could be anemia that’s making you tired. I became anemic right after surgery and needed medicine. It got better after a while, but during that time I was always exhausted.
