I’ve read online that since ALighterMe’s founder died the company is no longer operating? Can anybody confirm this?
I looked on a facebook support group that people’s deposit refund checks are bouncing?
Dr. Elias Ortiz is no longer with A LighterMe, that is why there is so much confusion and frustration with hem. They do work with other surgeons.
But they are no longer working with Dr. Ortiz and he apparently started his own company.
I think because of lack of communication and stability Dr Ortiz made the decision to go seperate ways with a lighter me. The staff, decided to do the same thing. Judging by the response by management they seemed to make the right decision.
Idk that I agree with that statement. There is a lot of overassumptions without having been working this job/life. And I was staff there when this happened until recently. Ortiz was my surgeon in WL. Just a lot of unsaid (and need to remain that way) legal stuff. As a public, you wouldn’t be privy too. Some of it, the exiting staff aren’t either.
Well there is always 2 or 3 sides to a story then what really happened lol. And by the sounds of what all was said online, i doubt you really know what went on either. You were left behind and would go on rants where stuff was deleted often then locked out. But you seem to have alterior motives here from your other post so it’s hard to trust anything you say. Just my opinion
The room was owned by Dr. Ortiz, and when you are left solo with 800 emails of inquiry saying the same thing 4 different platforms- you would as well. I was the only person who showed up to help after the leave, I stayed put and am still helping those people who need it for free. I would anyways, because it’s wrong to leave people hanging in the wind.
Its been protocol for management to block delete for years.
I hope you were not affected, but to say I was left behind, is a MASSIVE overreach. I’m very content with my position to help others with Dr. Montalvo. I’m happy that our opinions on bedside manner, surgery needs, recovery and prep care can be addressed and unilaterally agreed too.
Sometimes, it takes a push out of a comfortable situation, to do your best work. I made a lot of connections, spoke to thousands of delightful individuals, and have helped others reach what was unachievable to them, weight goals.
I’m grateful to my prior co-workers for providing me the opportunity, to learn under such harsh daily concerns, it only prepared me to lead where I am now. You can’t pay for that kind of education, but transition starts from being uncomfortable. I VERY much was(uncomfortable) in the beginning few days after June. To say I figured out what I did when I did, is a blessing. I’m good with how I left, what I accomplished before I left, and my standing with the patients that I was able to assist. I don’t think any of them felt as you did, all that I spoke with, completely understood what I was, their advocate. My goal daily, is to wake up and help someone who needs it. I didn’t have that diet help post surgery. Its something that shouldn’t be a secret and I’m here for anyone who needs a tip. No ulterior motive, just no one should fall thru a crack.
Yes, I worked there when it happened. Sandra passed in May, and I worked way past that, however, while in Probate (she had no will) it will be hard to have surgery there. No surgeons on Staff at this time.
However the functioning staffs have created options for patients if you wish to pursue with their surgery.
Dr. Miguel Montalvo is being scheduled by me. You can find me on FB/Insta/Twitter. Liberty Black
Reach out anytime. Happy to help. We offer amazing surgery support before and after that will help ensure your goals.
I will be going with the staff that I trusted before everything happened. Dr Ortiz was why I was going with them to begin with. Why would I go anywhere else.
