Hello,
I’m new to the community and I’m honestly not sure if i’m writing In the correct place..
Anyway I’m around 3 months post surgery and I’m confused as of how many calories I should be consuming throughout the day.
Also how frequently should i be eating?
I would appreciate it if someone helped me.

Thank you.

Hi, Hessa!  According to the packet my doctor gave me, those who are three to six months out should eat between 900-1,000 calories a day, broken up over six to eight meals.  At least 65-75 grams of protein should be included in your daily intake.

I’m just shy of being 6 months out from my surgery date.  I think we had weight-loss surgery around the same time.  I hope things are going good for you!

I would always consult my doctor when it comes to this kind of specifics. Our body built is different from other people so my calorie intact may be different from yours. However, I think less is always better than more after we have gone through the procedure.
