When did you start tracking your progress? Did you start from day one after surgery? Are you tracking your physical and mental successes? I’m trying to document every week.
What a great topic! Tracking mental successes has been a bit harder than physical successes. I have actually stopped what I was doing and realized how I was handling a situation. I don’t feel quite as stressed at times. I think that losing the weight and seeing that I can actually make myself healthier has made me mentally healthier too.
