When did you start tracking your progress? Did you start from day one after surgery? Are you tracking your physical and mental successes? I’m trying to document every week.

I weighed myself twice a week and tracked it on a progress chart to help keep me motivated. I’m not sure how you’d track mental fitness, but I’d like to hear about it.

I haven’t had surgery yet, but once I do, I plan to weigh myself first thing in the morning and track it daily. I’m also going to track my water intake. Do you think that’s too much?

What a great topic! Tracking mental successes has been a bit harder than physical successes. I have actually stopped what I was doing and realized how I was handling a situation. I don’t feel quite as stressed at times. I think that losing the weight and seeing that I can actually make myself healthier has made me mentally healthier too.

That is exactly what I’m aiming for Jordan. I want to handle things better. I’m hoping as the weight drops off and I gain confidence, I’ll look at things differently! Thanks for sharing your thoughts everyone.
