My surgeon is strict about smoking and surgery, so I haven’t had a cigarette in three weeks. Neither has my husband since he decided to support me by quitting too. Unfortunately, I’ve gained more weight since I quit, but I’m hoping to turn things around. What do you guys do when you get the munchies? What is your go-to method for dealing with frustration? I need healthier habits. I hate it when I snap at the kids because my coping skills aren’t good.
