Fiber powder that isn’t awful

My plumbing is still irregular so the doctor recommended I try adding a fiber supplement to my meals.   Do you know which ones either taste good or have no flavor at all?  Metamucil seems to be the most common one I keep running across, but I’m not keen on it.  Is there anything better?

I’ve had to use fiber powder for irregularity before. I like the generic Miralax powder. It mixes into hot coffee or tea just fine. I will warn you, though, it does not mix well with milk! The powder ends up sitting at the bottom of the cup and forms sort of a thick milk paste.

If you don’t like the  taste  or texture of the powdered stuff, then taking a supplement in pill form might be easier. Do you have that option?

Well, Miralax and Metamucil are the ones I heard of the most. Have you checked Benefiber? As far as I know, it has no flavor compared to Metamucil’s orange, so maybe you’ll like it better. I’m sure your surgeon has mentioned this, but don’t forget to eat natural fibers as well.
