I’d say three weeks is still relatively new, so your body is probably still adjusting to your new style of eating and the amount of food you can handle. Keep up the good work with your meal schedule and make sure you drink enough.
Thanks for the encouragement, Summer! I had my lab work done and it turns out that my iron is low so I’ve started taking an iron supplement. The doctor checked my food journal and said I wasn’t getting enough calories or water so I’m working on that.
