Does anyone else feel seriously fatigued after having surgery?  It sure makes the work day hard when you have no energy.  I had surgery about three weeks ago, so is this to be expected?

I’d say three weeks is still relatively new, so your body is probably still adjusting to your new style of eating and the amount of food you can handle. Keep up the good work with your meal schedule and make sure you drink enough.

Hang in there!

Thanks for the encouragement, Summer!  I had my lab work done and it turns out that my iron is low so I’ve started taking an iron supplement.  The doctor checked my food journal and said I wasn’t getting enough calories or water so I’m working on that.

Ah, I see. It’s wonderful that you got the tests to pinpoint the problems right away. How are you feeling now? Did you have issues with the food before?
