Empty calories

Are you eating or drinking empty calories? I try to eat healthy food only and I’m really careful with what I drink. I had a hard time cutting out some drinks but then I thought of the calories.

I know I am eating and drinking empty calories. They go down smoother and dont hurt my stomach. I know I have a huge problem and if I dont get control of it now, I will gain what I already lost.

I’m doing my best at not. I stopped drinking all soda and sugary drinks. I drink water, unsweetened tea, milk (1%) and apple/orange juice (occasionally).
04… you can change this. Knowing you’re doing it is half the battle.

Cutting out pop was tough for me. I drank a couple of cans of Coke every day! I’m glad I did stop. Jordan, was it as tough for you?

Saying bye to soda is so hard. I love that combo of bubbles and sweetness. I also used to down two cans (or more in my case) of Coke daily.
