When do you exercise? Are you getting up and doing it before work? Do you fit it in after work?
I’m trying to get up early and do it. I feel like I have more energy early. Sometimes when I don’t do it in the morning, I make excuses to not!
I work out after work. Not a more morning person at all. I kind of like doing it as the sun sets or well afterwards.
That makes sense to me. I’m not a big morning person either but I’m trying to be. Evenings after work are just so busy lately.
Anyone know if you get more benefit depending on the time you workout?
