Coronavirus easier or harder to lose weight

Since the coronavirus virus hit, do you guys find it easier or more difficult to lose weight?  Part of me thinks it’s easier because there is no one around to encourage me to eat, but part of me thinks it’s more difficult because it feels like there’s nothing to do except eat.

I think it has been slightly easier to lose weight because getting outside and moving around is about all you can safely do if you want to get out of the house.

It’s been harder. I think about eating more because I’ve gotten bored more, compared to pre-Covid days. I’m also trying to shop less since I’m in a county with lots of cases and a very slow reopening.

It has not been so different for me. Fortunately, everyone in our household is the other’s keeper, though we also have cheat days once in a while.

It’s been easier without holiday get-togethers and spring barbecues. Plus, I feel discouraged from going to the store unless it’s absolutely necessary. That removes a lot of temptation.

It’s been the same for me. I haven’t noticed any differences. I’m at a plateau at the moment so it’s been hard to get the scale to budge.
