Apps for looking up calories/protein/fat/carbs

I need an easy way to determine how many calories, proteins, fats, and carbs that are in each food item that I’m consuming.  I’m usually out and about, so I need a smartphone app that will tell me this information and help me keep track of it.  What do you use?

I use Fooducate on my iPhone.  I think it’s compatible with Android phones too.  It tracks what you’re eating and even gives you a grade for the meal which makes things super simple.  Plus it’s free.

I like MyFitnessPal which works on iOS and Android platforms.  It’s a free app that does a little bit of everything.  I especially like the barcode scanner which helps with tracking how much you’re consuming.  I feel like there’s a learning curve though because there’s so much material in that little app.

I’m also using MyFitnessPal. I’ve tried a few (like SparkPeople and Lose It!), and I think MFP does it best this far. The serving size is sometimes tricky because the meals aren’t exactly the same. Ingredients may also be slightly different which may affect the accuracy. It’s still better than nothing at all, I guess!
